the process from start to finish was so easy it was a pleasure to deal with this company i recommend to anyone looking for a car removal company to use premier car removal

We had lost our car key on Friday afternoon and the car needed towing from Baldivis to Ellenbrook at short notice. We had received quotes from several other towing companies for up to $500 when I found these guys on Facebook. Long story short, McCallum towing gave us a quote for half the amount we were quoted from others and they did it the very next day. The gentleman who dropped our car off to us was very friendly and did an awesome job bringing my car home. I could not recommend these guys more. Thank you so much!!

Very bad experience with these guys, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTThey refuse to admit having sold me a 700$ defected part, my mechanic went there several times to get a refund after figuring out that the part was already unsuitable (inlet manifold was cracked).They wanted him to fit it anyway and refund part and labour if their part would be leaking, after it their part as predicted by my mechanic was leaking again, on a 5hours job.After four attempts their miraculously accept to refund that deflectable part, took two week to be refunded....without the 10hours labour wasted for it...I'm usually avoiding giving my opinion when it is bad, this time these guys deserve to be famous for their lack of competency and sense of business.AVOID THEM !

Unfortunately once the deal was signed, the smiles and service ended. Extended warranty is useless and they haven’t been helpful with any issues with the car in the warranty period.

Needed a company that understands and appreciates how to tow / transport classic cars with their many quirks and foibles.A sole operator offering outstanding service, realistic pricing, great customer service and a depth of knowledge needed for older vehicles.Highly recommended this company for any towing needs but definitely if you have an older/classic or vintage vehicle that needs moving.

Dropped in without notice with a brake line issue and leaking fluid. Fixed us same day, very reasonable price. These guys were nice, super helpful and very knowledgeable. Thanks chaps!

This company is amazing. I had a crash and as a young P plater I was very shaken up and not sure what to do in regards to details and insurance. The driver was very understanding and made this process as easy as it could have been and was at the scene within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this company and couldn’t have had a better experience.
