Westside Recovery

These guys are true professionals and were happy help us in the middle of the night. We were stuck deep in soft sand by the beach and after hours of digging, we called Westside Recovery. They picked up the phone even though it was close to midnight and got out to us at the quoted time of 30 mins. It was the first time I'd been to the sand in my car and of course I was too excited not to drive to the water's edge. I got stuck and the only solution we had was to call Reece. He was very reactive and reassuring. What a pleasure to see him arrive on the beach with his 6WD, an impressive vehicle. He pulled and towed us with it. It was a great relief to see the car finally move and to be able to get back on the road afterwards. Thank you very much mate

Couldn’t ask for a more professional bunch of guy’s, unfortunately happened to get myself stuck in the mud originally tried another similar company north of the river but was not interested in the job what so all.Rang Westside recovery no hesitation on coming out on a Sunday evening updated the whole time on how they were travelling coming from being based in two rocks, I will 100% use and recommend this company to any one in a sticky situation in the future. My Son decided to bog his car next to the Indian Ocean, with the tide coming in. A Google Map Pin was all he could share. He had little to no reception and was a bit panicked. I googled tow recovery and literally phoned the first number, a chap (Reece) answered and was genuinely concerned and talked me through the situation given we had to find the car somewhere on a a beach between Two Rocks and Guilderton. 8 hours later we pulled the car and 5 occupants of the beach and fixed the car and got them home, one occupant had Diabetes and was close to a Diabetic Hypo. What was a fun adventure could have ended in tragedy, Westside Recovery really saved the day and potentially a life. No words can really express our gratitude, thanks Westside Recovery from all the boys and parents.
