RAC Auto Services Mandurah

Not a good experience.No record of my booking.Outrageous quote, 75% higher than my mechanic.No mention of a flashing warning light on the dash.Courtesy vehicle, and driver were the best part.With all of your advertising hype, expected a good experience.Would not recommend.

Advised a close family member to checkout the RAC services next time she needed car serviced to get RAC to give a quote rather than trying to get some other service centres who in the past overcharged her for a basic 10,000 km service on 2013 Mazda Sedan. She had the vehicle serviced by the RAC centre in Mandurah and was very happy with the service provided and the price. She will continue using RAC for all her future servicing.

Booked my car in and received the estimate by email $480. They had covid hit and rescheduled for the following week with a new estimate of $1480, same work description. Work completed and paid the $820 bill. All over the place dollar wise but happy with the work performed.

Booked my Nissan X-Trail in for an air conditioner service last week at the counter by an efficient gentleman. Turned up this morning and when the doors were unlocked at 8am a polite lady checked my booking details and I requested a lift home. A positive young apprentice named Ryan was my driver home and we had a chat about his apprenticeship which he said he was enjoyable. When my X-Trail was ready Ryan came to collect me again with a great attitude. He was due to start lunch but decided to pick me up so that I didn’t ave to wait. Great work Ryan I hope your career goes well for you! When we returned to the RAC office the guy at Reception explained the work carried out and I paid and left with a nice cold air conditioner. Great work all round!

RAC were absolutely amazing through the entire process. Very friendly and so helpful. The price to fix my car was much cheaper than I expected and the work was completed quickly so I wasn't without a car for too long.

Uncapable is a big compliment for them.Arrogant concierge, and very questionable work ethics and integrity.In fact I reckon my car was never really serviced as they provide a counterfeit safety check report (the first time), after complain with the RAC customer service I was invited to bring the car back for a second check, and after 6 hours of hard job" they was only capable to give the car back dirty and with a nail on the tyre.Been waiting for weeks to get an answer from RAC rappresentative who say open an investigation

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I read some bad reviews but since they were closest and I'd just moved here I took it to them. Firstly, I specifically asked if they worked on diesels (my van had a fault, wasn't looking for normal service)After charging an extra 2hrs to fault find" they still couldn't find the issue and told me to take it to a diesel mechanic.Long story short

New years eve and they fit me in and replaced my alternator so i was able to go to work that night.Great Job!! Thanks to all the team that worked on my car especially to Tammy that liaised with me and kept me updated during the process.Really happy with the result, couldnt believe I got my car back so quick. Exceptional Service!!Happy New Year!
