Get the funny feeling there a lot of haters on this review page.Working near, but never for the company.I am but a customer and always a happy one.So from all of my personal experiences.They are nothing but a 5 star company. (y)As I'm sure anyone with real experience would agree.But it's the volunteer Track staff, Time and Truck Donation at the Perth Motorplex makes them the Go-To for me.I have also asked and earned all my spotters to nearly $2000.So no complaints.Just good business.(Def would not use lightning towing) - Hahahahaha what a hilarious review.The dumbest thing is to go company knocking, and follow it up with shameless self promotion. Speaks in numbers about the opposition.Go Performance

I wish I can give them no stars call them for a spotter in the Cbd, saw them pick up the car, them don't reward me or even a thank, will never call them or recommend them again.

no issues I got a FREE hire car while my car was off the road thanks to some numnut Tboning me... so I still had a car while mine was getting fixed! thanks guys i really appreciate everything u guys have done

Never let this company tow your vehicle !! No integrity, vehicle taken to holding yard, not your preferred repairer as promised then held hostage in their yard for kings ransom. Appalling service.Better ones out there.

Worked out how they must get all their business. Saw one of the drivers on the freeway in busy traffic. One minute he’s miles behind the car in front next minute he’s driving right up peoples rear end. Then proceeds to drive down the emergency lane. Instead of looking where he is driving he’s busy hanging his head out the window to look at me because I didn’t change lanes just because he was so close to my car even though I was in the left lane.

Had a minor accident a few days ago and was recommended performance towing ..Darryl could not of been more helpful and professional .He took car of my car and all the insurance issues .. I was even offered the use of their loan car..I was very happy and impressed and would recommend them to anyone..

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Vehicle towed to the Performance Towing holding yard and a week later it is still there because they refused to release the car to another Insurer authorised towing company that was to move it to my nominated repairer. They promise the world after the accident so you will agree to use their service and then let you down big time. If they turn up to help after an accident, refuse the service and arrange ethical assistance, because you won't get it here.

Outstanding response time with reassuring confidence my car was going to be taken to the correct location.10/10 would recommend when you're on the side of the road.

My car was hit by another car on Roe Hwy and I am absolutely delighted by the serviced provided by Performance Towing. I could not ask for a better road assistance and I am particularly impressed with the service provided by Mr Kopp, a young employee of this company who was extremely helpful and always very kind.
